St. Regis House is a former school in Berlin N.H. It overlooks the Androscoggin River. The former school was built in 1910 and converted into affordable housing in 1981. St. Regis House required substantial upgrades, including new kitchens, flooring, and paint, etc.. Twenty one apartments were reconfigured to meet current codes. Citadel assisted in this project by completing the selective demolition, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, door installations, bath accessory installation, specialty installations, hanging and finish drywall, painting, and ceiling tile installation.
Chapel House is an assisted living facility in Louisville for residents 62 years old and over. It comprises 10 floors totaling about 210 rooms. The project was completed in two phases per each floor over a 12+ month schedule. Citadel's work consisted of rough carpentry, finish carpentry, acoustic ceilings, soffit & fascia, gutters & downspouts, handrail, and door installations.
